How did you meet Shlomo?

When I walked through the door to the House of Love and Prayer, I saw a Smiling Singing Bearded Rabbi- and of course he sang-.
"Oy We've been waiting for you for soooo long!"
I had been searching and yearning and searching for that missing something, meditating- studying: Yoga- Zen- traveling around Israel- psychedelics- the "woiks"-
I was a professional dancer in those days- Modern Jazz. So one day, although I did not expect to find much in the way of spirituality at the reform temple where I had been raised, I went one Friday night because my Mother had showed me an advertisement from Temple Israel that there would be an interpretation of the "Shema" in DANCE.
A friend from Hebrew School was there- Holy Brother Brother Ari Levine----I noticed him because he was wearing the only Yarmulke in the place- and after the service he stood up and was wishing everyone "Good Shabbos! Good Shabbos!"
I was intrigued.....
I went over to him and asked what is this "Shabbos" stuff and what is with the Yarmulke? Ari told me that it would be worth my while to check out this place in San Francisco- there was this Singing Rabbi with guitar.
I hitchhiked up the coast which was my mode of travel in those days.....and it was my good fortune to turn up at the House when Shlomo was in- and oy- had been waiting for me.

Boca Raton, Florida with Yisroel (aka Ivan) and some of my children

We have an awesome core of Chevra. So many people are seeking the light and love that we learned from Shlomo, so the Chevrah is growing. Gevaldig davvening.
We have children that seem to still need us financially and in other ways, so we devote time and energy to working - a few live in Israel, a few live by us.
We are both grandparents.
I am a Midwife, and work the field- birthing, womens' health (Hormonal Balancing is my specialty and I am on a bit of a mission with that so don't get me started if you don't want to hear about it......)
Like I said, please come visit when you are in Florida.
